         Double-leg slipring brush-holders
Brush holder arms are brass, clamping pieces are extruded brass.
For peripherical speeds up to 15 m/s.

     

We manufacture and sell DD-AR brush holders, which DD-AR replacements for products from well-known international manufacturers such as Schunk, Mersen (CDD-carbon Lorraine), Siemens, Pantrac, Lampar, and Rekofa. The DD-AR brush holder is suitable for motors with slip ring assemblies. The device is made of stamped brass sheet and contains two brush holders and a flexible copper busb DD-AR made of fine copper wire for conducting electricity between the brushes and the clamps. The spring pressure on the graphite brushes is transmitted via a cylindrical tension spring and is not adjustable. The brush holder itself is mounted on a circul DD-AR bracket and then on the slip ring shaft. Two J164 or J204 brushes DD-AR included as an option.
